•  Sessions can be in person, online or over the phone.    

• You'll receive a confirmation for your booking soon after you book.

• If finances are a barrier for you, please connect with me and we can arrange for a sliding scale option.

• Payments are made at the end of each session by cash, e-transfer, debit or credit.
