I use my own channeled approach to energy healing that is influenced by my training in Reiki and Aqualead.

Reiki healing technique is based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

​

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.​

Aqualead : by donation or energy exchange

Aqualead Energy Healing in a new energy healing modality that heals, purifies and energizes water all over the planet, as well as in all living beings. The human body is made of 70% water, and the Earth's surface is covered mostly with water. Therefore, healing water means healing the Earth, and all the life forms it supports.

Aqualead Energy works at the physical, mental and emotional levels. It will cleanse, purify and energize the water in your body and place it on a higher vibration of energy. The person may experience a strong release of toxins and may experience various symptoms (healing crisis) during and after the session. The energy gives a cool, refreshing and invigorating sensation and the client may fall asleep during the session as the healing takes place. The energy also helps clear the mind and emotions, and helps the person gain more insight and clarity.

For your personalized journey, you or I will enter a meditative state which is supported by rhythmic drumming or rattling. This helps brainwaves go from beta to theta waves.

- observed while we are awake
- involved in conscious thought, logical thinking

- involved in daydreaming and sleep
- connected to us experiencing and feeling deep and raw emotions.
- deeply relaxed, semi-hypnotic state
- intuition, creativity, and makes us feel more natural

Hearing the rhythm of a heart beat is the first sensory experience we have as humans in he womb. The drum is like this heart beat. Drum journeys are used to help us tune into the realm of spirit and dreams. The rhythm of the drum changes our brain waves into a theta wave state.  This particular frequency range is involved in daydreaming and sleep. Theta waves are connected to us experiencing and feeling deep and raw emotions. Theta waves can help improve our intuition, creativity, and makes us feel more connected to our natural self.

It is also involved in restorative sleep. As long as theta isn’t produced in excess during our waking hours, it is a very helpful brain wave range.

In an intuitive card reading both of our intuitive abilities light up to give you some perspective around what you are experiencing in life.

The cards may also reveal some guidance to re-direct you or motivate you to keep on your path. I will interpret the cards along with you and offer supportive coaching around what the cards reveal.
